Until you've played thousands of tournaments, you won't have a very good estimate of what your expected ROI is. The better you are at tournaments, the higher your ROI will be.
The first thing you need to know is your expected ROI (return on investment), which is shown in the top row of each of the tables below. If you play 10 MTTs/day, 6 days a week, it will take you roughly 4 months to complete 1,000 tournaments!
